🔍Before buying

It depends on the material you are repairing. We always state in the product description whether the patch is best suited for e.g. jeans, down jackets, children's clothing or shoes. If you are unsure, you can always contact us for advice.
Yes! Most of our team patches are self-adhesive or iron-on, making them easy to use without a needle and thread.
Absolutely. All our products are washable. Just follow the instructions on the packaging or in the product description for best durability.
We usually ship your products within 1-2 business days. Delivery time is normally 2-5 days depending on shipping method.
The shipping cost depends on your order but the lowest cost is 35 SEK and is clearly displayed at the checkout before you complete your purchase. Free shipping often applies to purchases over a certain amount.
Of course. You have a 30-day return policy. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us and we will help you with the return shipping.

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation via email within a few minutes. If you don't see it - please check your spam folder or contact us and we will help you.
Depending on the shipping method you choose, you will receive an email with a tracking link and delivery information once we have packed your order. You can follow your package all the way home.
First, check if the product was sent in a separate shipment. If not, contact our customer service and we will resolve it immediately.
If something has gone wrong, please contact us with your order number and a picture of the product. We will send the correct item or help you with a return as soon as possible.
Email us and we will send you return information. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Once we have received the return, we will refund the amount within a few days.

🧵Product Questions

Our patches will stick to most fabrics, but for best results we recommend choosing the right version for the material. Nylon and ripstop patches are perfect for down jackets and outerwear, while cotton patches are best for jeans, sweaters and children's clothing.
Most of our stickers are self-adhesive – you just peel off the backing and press. Some are iron-on and require heat for a few seconds to activate the adhesive. You can always find exact instructions in the product description.
Yes, all of our patching patches and textile tapes are washable. Just wait at least 24 hours before washing the repaired garment to allow the adhesive to cure properly.
If you apply the patch to a clean, dry surface, it will usually last as long as the garment. On exposed areas, such as knees or elbows, you can reinforce with a couple of stitches for extra durability.
Yes, you can gently heat the patch with an iron or hair dryer on low heat. This will loosen the glue and you can replace it with a new one without damaging the fabric.
Yes. Our labels are free of harmful substances and several variants are manufactured within the EU. The packaging is recyclable and we choose long-lasting materials to reduce waste.
Yes, they fit most jackets, bags and sportswear. They simply attach to the existing zipper section - no tools required. Perfect for making the zipper easier to grip with gloves on.
Yes, our snaps and jeans buttons work on most garments. They are attached with the included tools or press studs, without the need for sewing.
Stretch patches are made of an elastic material that follows the body's movements, perfect for sports and workout clothing. Regular patches are more stable and better suited for outerwear, jeans and everyday clothing.
Yes, several of our patches and repair kits also adhere well to shoes, bags and other durable materials. For leather or synthetic leather surfaces, we recommend our self-adhesive leather patches, which are both flexible and resistant to moisture and movement.
